The Laundrette, scenically located on the river in Narrowsburg, New York, was formerly an abandoned car wash/laundromat facility, which we converted into a restaurant/bar with a wood-fired pizza oven as it’s centerpiece. On a strict construction deadline, essential to this project was a lean and efficient design that honored the client's budget and schedule, all while employing ultra-sustainable Passive House practices.
